At first, M&J MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES was established as a leading reliable marine supplier, services and manufacturer of marine spares and equipments with ship repairing and recondition service in 1994 at Busan, Korea.

Also, A-SUNG MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES was established as same purpose at 1996. At 2000, Both company joined for improvement of efficiency under sympathize with each company's business style & the ultimate aim and ended up today.
